We strive to obtain local and seasonal products that in themselves represent the best flavours, textures, colours and health. We process these ingredients to a minimum, to maintain their nutritional values and consistency.

Our experience in the search for high quality and sustainable materials, together with our cooking and dish preparation techniques, creates a tasty and genuine culinary product.

Catering for Everyone

There are many catering companies that can provide vegetarian or vegan food, but it often appears as something they’re obliged to do, rather than their choice. The options available are limited and often not nutritionally balanced.

We offer genuine home-cooked food catering, whether it’s vegan, vegetarian or raw, and take care of all specific dietary needs: gluten free, lactose intolerance and allergies.
